Step One: Which Provider Is Best For You
Options for Partnering
with McCall McPherson, PA-C in Your Health Journey
At this time McCall has two available options for starting your journey with her as a new patient. Both options are HSA compatible.
Option One: Complete Concierge Thyroid + Hormone Care
Complete VIP/concierge experience: This is a package for a year of care bypassing any and all waitlists for all appointments, direct access to McCall via her cell phone number during business hours, includes all that the one on one package entails, but with the ease of having access to me without having to jump through any hoops of booking, waiting, admin, etc.

The package is valid for one year
Ten visits with McCall
Direct Access to McCall via her cell during business hours
No waitlist
Two visits with our health coach
An inflammatory food panel that looks at 200 foods measuring your body’s inflammatory response to each of them.
A comprehensive stool analysis that looks at imbalances of good/bad bacteria, candida issues, inflammatory markers, gut immune function and how well your good bacteria are working for you.

Option Two:
Exclusive One on One Full Thyroid + Hormone Health Package - $6400
In McCall’s one on one package, you can partner with one of the world’s leading experts in thyroid disorders. You’ll work together to understand and address the nuances of your thyroid and hormone struggles. It’s my belief that your thyroid issue needs to be treated to perfection. Anything less than perfect simply won’t get you where you need to be, leaving you with the disabling symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, poor metabolism among the many other thyroid symptoms most people experience.
We’ll also work to address other common hormone disorders than so often accompany thyroid disorders. Things like estrogen dominance, low testosterone, poor adrenal function or even working together to address menopause.
Lastly, a big factor that can effect your quality of life is inflammation. It can weigh you down and over time, lead to more significant issues like Hashimoto’s. We take time to also address hidden drivers of this pesky problem that so often are creating symptoms.

3. What is the price for the package:
The price includes everything mentioned above is $6400 .
4. What isn’t included in the package:
Labs for thyroid and hormones are not included in our packages. We utilize your insurance to run labs. We send patients to the lab their insurance prefer. If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay cash for your labs, we can connect you with a highly discounted cash pay lab.
5. What if I need more than 6 visits?
If you would like to book an additional appointment over the course of the year, it’s no problem. You’ll simply pay the regular fee per visit.

New Patient Appointments:
NP Appt Package: $600 (Appt #1 = $150; Appt #2 = $450)
We are now offering a 2-appointment New Patient Package for Melody/Yari’s patients to minimize your waiting time in between your first intake appointment and your follow-up lab review appointment.
Your first appointment (New Patient Appointment #1) will be a 30-minute virtual visit with Hayley Adams, our certified Health Coach and Patient Coordinator. She will oversee your intake evaluation and order any labs you need to have drawn. During your visit with Hayley, and dependent on the timing of the labs that she orders for you, she will schedule your actual appointment with Melody/Yari. (New Patient Appointment #2).
Follow-Up: 45 minutes, $450
